(1) The Commission shall perform its work in an independent and impartial manner.
(2) The Commission shall not act with bias, solicitation or prejudice against anyone.
(3) The Commission shall follow the generally recognized principles of human rights and justice while carrying out its work.
(4) If the person to be investigated and prosecuted by the commission is a relative of a member or is directly related to the commission in connection with any transaction, that member should not be involved in such investigation and prosecution.
